DR. UDAYAN P. PATEL
Dr Udayan P. Patel is recognised as the leading ophthalmologist in India and the founder of Devansh Eye Clinic. He is widely trusted as an Eye Doctor in Ahmedabad and has educated more than 100 ophthalmologists in cataract and phacoemulsification procedures over his more than 16 years of expertise. His contribution has significantly influenced society.
In 1997–1998 Dr Patel obtained his MBBS and earned his post-graduate degree in ophthalmology with a focus on cataract and phaco surgery. Under the guidance of Dr Abhay Vasavada, a recognised authority on phacoemulsification, he concluded his fellowship.
He has performed more than 70,000 procedures, including complex cataract surgery, paediatric cataract surgery, phacoemulsification surgery, Lasik surgery…. etc. All of his co-workers and patients praise his ability to treat each patient with a unique approach.
